Refund policy

We work hard to ensure that we deliver a great product. With that said, we do not accept returns. All items sold are final sale. We realize that no company is perfect, and there are times when situations need to be rectified. If you have any issues with a product you received from SweetGemLife, please send a message to Hello@sweetgemlife and include photos of your concerns. Please note that all damaged/defective product needs to be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. Once we have reviewed the order, we will decide whether to replace the item, or to offer a shop credit.

Gift cards are non-refundable. By purchasing a gift card, you acknowledge and accept this.
